Bought the fan in Sep 2010. Had an electrician install. No chain pulls included-Hunter sent some cheesy "one size fits all" chains with plastic boxy brackets-they come apart each time you pull....
Now, the switch is broke, so cannot turn light on/off. Spent hours on hold on Hunter "Help" line-got no help. Finally, sent them an email. Finally got a response..so two weeks - four calls, one lengthy, grousing email got their attention. Will NEVER buy a Hunter fan again-their customer service is a terminal on hold line.isn't!
