21894 Ceiling fan with heater and light

Bought three of these about 3 years ago. Worked great out of the box. Heater went out on first one in 3 months. Called Hunter, they insisted it was the remote unit in the fan. They sent me a new one (three months later)(pain in the butt to change) that wasn't it.

Heater went out on second one within 1 year. Third one 1.5 years. Kitchen unit went in its entirety (no fan no light) about 6 months ago. Living room unit quit this morning. So anyways 1 out of 3 still works (except for heat). They have an option on their technical number but you hold for upto a half hour before you give up.
