We purchased 4 and installed them on our veranda only to find out that they DO NOT MOVE ANY AIR. We carefully check that we were not in reverse and that the blades were correctly installed.

We are trying to find the manufacturer because Lowes personnel are not equipped or knowledgeable enough to help us correct the problem. so far no luck finding out who makes/engineered the fans.
