I just bought the same Baker Street ceiling fan and it was vibriting as well, the higher of the speed, more of the vibration. It could not be balanced, the light attachment vibrated even worse.
It had to be taken down, packed up and returned.
In my old house I had six Hunter fans and none of them vibrated from the get go, there was not guesswork needed to balace them. Yes, I bought them about 20 years ago... Might be, I should not buy Hunter anymore.
