beware of harbor breeze ceiling fans

i got my fan about 2 years ago and this weekend it caught fire thank the good lord i was home and now i cant get find a number to call them about this and lowe's want help me because i have had it 1 year to long so no im not happy with this brand i could have got a cheap brand but they said this would last for years
plz be careful thank goodness my brother in law was up or my home would have burned if you have one get out better to have a light only and have a home
