Fanimation Ceiling Fans
The Greatest Designs Available

Ceiling fans are a common fixture in most homes. Fanimation Ceiling Fans have some of the greatest designs available to spruce up the plain and boring blades that whiz over your head throughout the year.

Whether you are a fan of the traditional or enjoy the unique, you can find something with this company that fits your style.

History of Fanimation Ceiling Fans

Fanimation was started in 1984 in the garage of founder Tom Frampton. It quickly grew from three fan designs to over 31, including the popular palm leaf blades that make the Islander collection so unique.

The company offers fans that range from the traditional to the unique and stunning to the nostalgic and everything in between.

One of its newest offerings is a fan with retractable blades. Because of their commitment to customer satisfaction, the company offers something for everyone. Prices for the fans will vary and the company offers a detailed map so the customer can contact the nearest Fanimation dealer.

Recommended Fanimation Ceiling Fans

Starting with the Islander, this Fanimation product is unique with its palm leaf shaped blades and hand painted parrot light cover. The blades come in palm leaf, bamboo, wicker or wood and are cleaned easily with a feather duster.

The fans fixtures come in antique brass, black, matte white, oil-rubbed bronze, pewter, rust and satin nickel. The motor itself has a limited lifetime warranty and comes in three forward and three reverse speeds.

Fanimation Palisade
The Palisade collection of fans is unique and modern while still retaining some of that South Seas feel. Available with the same fixture options as the Islander, the Palisade fan is actually a double fan with eight palm leaf blades in palm leaf or woven bamboo.

The two fans extend from the ceiling and are perched on either side of a cross bar vertically instead of horizontally like the normal fan. The motor unit runs the fans in both directions for maximum air flow. An 11’ minimum ceiling height is highly recommended for this Fanimation fan.

Fanimation Punkah
Another unique and versatile fan offered by the company is the Punkah collection. This fan mounts can be mounted on your wall horizontally using a standard electrical pug in, or mounted to the ceiling and hardwired.

The blades, palm leaf in shape, move back and forth along a rod instead of rotating from above. Fixtures for this unique fan come in antique brass, black, pewter and rust. An additional sixth blade can be added to the fan if room allows.

Fanimation Palmetto
The Palmetto combines the unusual vertical fan of the Palisade with the versatility of the Punkah. Mounted on shaft that hangs twenty-seven inches from the ceiling, the Palmetto fan can range from ten to fifty long.

Three fan sets of three blades can be placed on each ten foot exaction of shaft. This fan requires a minimum ceiling height of twelve feet or higher and comes in one speed. The blades come in palm leaf or bamboo with an antique brass of blank finish.

Fanimation Enigma
Fanimation’s Enigma collection is perfect for the modern décor. With a single eighteen inch blade pitch and sixty inch blade sweep, this fan was featured in the motion picture ‘I, Robot’ staring Will Smith. Available in metro gray, the Enigma has three counter-clockwise speeds, remote control and limited lifetime motor warranty.

Fanimation Old Havana
Last but not least we have the classic styled Old Havana collection. The three bladed desk/floor fans come in antique copper, black, pewter and rust. Some designs can be ceiling mounted and come with optional light slide control and remote controls. The black and rust finished version of the Old Havana fans are approved to be used in damp locations. None of the fans oscillate.

Fanimation carries more ceiling and desk/floor fans in other styles, colors and blades. For more information about them, you can visit their website or contact a Fanimation dealer near you. They are sure to help you find the perfect style, color and options for your home and décor.
