Purchased on 7 July 2010 from Home Depot store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Installed on 8 August 2010 carefully following the instructions in the box. After a total operating time of approximately 4 hours the fan ceased all operations on 9 August 2010. Very disappointed in this product!
