Bath fans in China must never get dirty! I bought this one at Lowe's today and it goes back tomorrow!

This is the first bath fan that I have ever owned that had electrical components mounted permanently in the removable grille. It would need to be disassembled by a certified electrician to thoroughly clean it!

The cord/plug assembly that connects the lights in the grille to the receptacle in the fan housing is very short making it impossible to rotate the grille and its built in motion sensor in the opposite direction from the discharge outlet for the fan. In our home that means that the motion sensor would face the window rather than the door!

The receptacle for the plug on this cord is mounted at a 90 degree angle in very tight quarters in the fan housing rather than straight down or closer to the bottom making it very difficult to connect and it would be an impossible task for anyone with larger hands. The mount for this receptacle and the plug are also very flimsy and I seriously doubt that they would survive repeated removals needed for cleaning. The slots for the spring clips are also very narrow and hard to see especially when trying to get the second one in overhead!

I wouldn't recommend this fan to anyone!
