I've installed many ceiling fans in my rental units. This fan is awful. It is very, very difficult to install the blades on this fan. You have to get the screw through a tiny hole and push it up to the blade without dropping it.

Then after all that work, the fan blades scrape against the canopy at speeds 2 and 3. I took it all apart and checked to see if everything was installed right and it was. Put it back up and it's still scraping.

It's a cheap fan and poorly made. It even looks like plastic.
