We bought this fan at Lowes and cannot even install it because it was packaged with parts missing.

Lowes will not help, and the Harbor Breeze missing parts hotline is only open Monday through Friday. Well DIY people work on weekends!

Totally frustrating- not looking forward to calling some assenine 1-800 # and talking to a call center in India to get help- during my lunch break at work. So- not a good experience so far!
