It has an airflow rating of 3 for a medium comfort level, is damp rated for outdoors, is light kit adaptable and comes with a limited lifetime motor warranty. Controls for this fan are sold separately and the cost of this fan is approximately $232.00.

Modern’s Fan Ball Hugger Ceiling Fan Model BALHGBA52ALNLNC comes in brushed aluminum and has a graceful teardrop shape. This three blade fan has an airflow rating of 3 and turns at 67-202 RPMs.

With a twelve degree pitch, the blades come in 42 or 52” span. It has reversible airflow, three speeds and is light kit adaptable.
