I would never recommend a Casablanca fan after my recent experience. A simple question is so hard to receive.

I have a ceiling fan w/ a unique halogen bulb. Since that bulb has worn out, I am having trouble finding the proper replacement. The technical specifications for that model light does not list what kind of bulb to purchase.

I waited 30 minutes on hold to speak to their technical support and when the call center finally answered, their best response was 100 watt halogen bulb. ( there are many varieties of halogen bulbs, many of them at 100 watts.)

I tried calling later in the day to reach another 'technical support' person and have just hung-up after spending 60 minutes of my time on hold.

They do not offer an email address for questions, only snail-mail.

I would not recommend anyone purchasing their products because their product information sheets don't tell you specific information you may need to know and they are EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of. I do not believe they are interested in customer support.
